Trail jewelry for the Camino.

I have never been a girl that wears jewelry often and I certainly wasn't  planning on bringing any on the Camino with me.  However, things don't always turn out as planned and a necklace has recently made its way into my life in a form of a birthday present that I cannot possibly leave behind.   

It's a camino shell that had been engraved with the words Buen Camino! on the back.  It will not only serve as a constant reminder of the Camino journey that I am about to undertake, but it will also remind me about how lucky I am to have such wonderful and thoughtful people in my life.
