My first proper tapa in Espana

Upon my arrival in Leon how happy was I to stumble upon a medieval  street fair happening around the Leon cathedral.

There were little trinkets being sold, and all kinds if meat being grilled.  You can only imagine how happy I was to discover that one of these vendors, called Pulperia, sold pulpo.  Which is octopus that has been boiled until its beyond tender and than sprinkled with paprika and olive oil, it's simple and delicious goodness.

What a great start to my Camino. Good food, good people, and a private room at a Hospideria so I can get a good night sleep before starting to walk tomorrow.

Now I smell like a really really good BBQ after sitting near the cathedral and enjoying the music, fun and good food.

More to come tomorrow.
